Tomáš Honz is a recent graduate of painting Michael Rittstein at the Prague Academy of Fine Arts. He also studied at Taipei National University of Arts and The Art Department in the US. He is one of the significant talents of the contemporary young scene and his work announces the growing interest in classical painting. On the one hand, he devotes himself to traditional techniques, on the other, he does not hesitate to use modern technologies such as digital painting. This contrast, which is reflected in other parts of his life, is his main distinguishing sign.
