Markéta Magidová
Markéta Magidová (1984) is an artist and director working in the media of installation, digital painting and animated film. She studied at Brno Favu, Prague's Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, but also at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University. Her films were presented at major foreign film festivals such as Annecy, Shortfest Dresden or Bolton International Film Festival on Czech Anifilm. The art work of the Magides were presented, for example, at the Moscow Biennale of the Young, in the Macedonian National Gallery, in the EFA Project Space in New York, and also exhibited abundantly within public institutions and independent galleries throughout the Czech Republic.
