Ivana Štenclová (*1980) is a Czech visual artist who focuses on experimental techniques and exploring interpersonal relationships through portraits and self -portraits. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague in the studio of drawing at Jitka Svobodová and won the Josef Hlávka Award for her thesis.
Ivana Štenclová is known for her innovative approach to materials and techniques - uses laser cut, melting pistols, syringes, paint rollers or self -made stamps and works with non -traditional materials such as insulating coverings, wires or sheets.
Her works are represented in the National Gallery in Prague, the Gallery of Fine Arts in Ostrava, the collection of the Jan and Milan Jelínek Foundation in Switzerland or the Museum of Modern Art Andy Warhol in Slovakia. Significant exhibitions include FaceTime in the Peron Gallery (2020), Summer Art Salon in the Kodl Gallery (2019), AB OVO in the Chrudim Exhibition Hall (2018) and also an exhibition at the Ludvík Cuba Gallery in Poděbrady.
On 92. Auction of the Kodl Gallery credited the author's record when her free line-up II sold at a hammer price of 410.000,-
