Jakub Tytykalo (b. Work: Swan Song, 2021, Acrylic on Canvas, 150 x 130 cm
The author's work is characterized by graphical division of the image area, a sense of finding drawing neoplasms, alternating expressive techniques (spray, template), using contrasting forms and unified, usually monochrome color. Tytykal's paintings seemed to emerge from the past and at the same time from the subconscious. Objects and figures are submitted in a special "fluidity" and "timeless", which thus present captivating dream scenes with references to "poetic paintings" and exotic paradise, as is the case of the work of Swan Song.

My painting is intuitive and as mood as possible or trying to open as much openness to external and internal stimuli. I start from magical realism, surrealism, partly on cubism and certain mystical or spiritual visions and doctrines.
It is such a desert scene that is open interpretation and there is an ephemeral astral being that floats above the landscape that can be a mental landscape or it could be a landscape of the mind.
