This drawing/collage is a grotesque sequence of reflections on the topics of paternity and (artistic) work. Schematic drawings from the old National Geographic magazines look like a somewhat bizarre "instructions for use" of a kind of doll, rather than reflect the real interaction of the father and son. My father is also a worker, an artist, a performer. The long bars that the central hero manipulates resembles the performative drawing of Franta and Böhm, when the work is formed under similar conditions and using different tools. As we know, manipulation of a child or art is never as easy as the instructions and smart books say. It is one big theater with joy, worries and flesh, which is mainly a lot of work.

We are interested in some game, cooperation, manuscript, mistake. Something that we do not know in advance what will arise. The cooperation is tricky in that one comes with something, the other will follow up, and that's something that we are still interested in and enjoy developing. Although it may not be a drawing at all. The topics are packed by the fact that these are actually overwritten calls and discussions from the studio.

The drawing is from the Oxymoron series, when one starts, the other continues. It's a bit like a scrabble, or verbal football, just on the area of paper. So we don't know how to turn out the thing. It is a type of fixed visual conversation that we do with each other. The name is, or what is exactly the topics, we can analyze together, but it is always open in advance.
Maybe it's a pity to reveal it, it becomes unnecessarily illustrations, because we collapse. For us, it is more interesting that it is a stop at some time and about transfer to paper.
