Kateřina Ondrušková for 100pcs

The figure with outstretched falconry glove sits on the shore, butterflies fly around it and the swans are approaching. This moment looks playful and tender, but at the same time there is tension present, the gloves symbolizes the defense and distance that we carry from our experience. We protect ourselves not to be injured again, and sometimes we put protective barriers against what may not be a threat to us. The image opens the question of how to balance the need for safety with the desire for proximity and trust.
