Profile

Kromě kresby a objektu se rovněž věnuje grafice a mimo výtvarné umění i básnické tvorbě a příležitostně kurátorství (v letech 2017–19 vedl Ukradenou galerii).

About the work

Matěj Hrbek for 100pcs

Having a head in the clouds, being overwhelmed with thoughts, getting lost in fog or finding yourself in a place so living and noisy that one can't hear your own voice. In addition, the overclouded, drawing on paper in the original in the original, can be referred to almost two and a half meters high, which is all out with crayons. For Matěj Hrbek it is one of the key images created by this technique. Why? Because there is a large universe here. It's not an outline, it's an area. It is an inflated atmosphere of clouds or comic bubbles. Matěj does not look at the crayon as a banal technique of unworthy big things. On the contrary, she pays tribute, both the most powerful weapon - in color, and touches the childhood of anyone who immerses into the clouds.
