Tomáš Císařovský (*1962) is one of the most respected domestic artists. The art scene has been co -made since the 1980s, which after the revolution followed by incorporating a team around the famous MXM Gallery as a fresh graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (Arnošt Paderlík Atelier). He is one of those authors around which new private galleries and collections are created, and he has always been an observer of events in artistic circles. Working with history, changes and moods in society has been close to him for a long time. He expresses himself with a kind of responsibility of the chronicler, and for example, he recalled the Czech aristocracy through a series of paintings "without horses", exhibited in Prague's Rudolfinum (1996). In addition to figural historical paintings, he also paints landscape painting and, in addition to traditional oil, he is also close to watercolor or gouache. It is also worth noting his extensive diary work. It is consistently part of the elite exhibitions in our most prestigious institutions, but it remains open to cooperation with small respected galleries.

It is represented in the following collections (selection): National Gallery, Gallery of the City of Prague, Alšova South Bohemian Gallery, East Bohemian Gallery in Pardubice, Gallery of Modern Art in Hradec Králové, Gallery Klatovy / Klenová, Olomouc Museum, Fine Art Gallery in Cheb Collection of Robert Runták and The Pudil Family Foundation.

Tomáš Císařovský for 100pcs

The painting is part of the ten -part cycle "intent and a little coincidence", or "everything you wanted to see from the life of President Václav Havel, but ..." and represents one of the highlights of the author's lifelong art work. Tomáš Císařovský created a cycle for four years (2012–2016) and approached him extremely responsibly not only because of historical severity, but also because he knew Václav Havel personally.

None of the works did not devote to private hands. It is therefore only possible to meet parts only in collections of public institutions. This limited reproduction is a unique alternative.

Lyrics: Jan Čejka

In the summer garden He was actually the first and final picture. The first thing that I started to paint it first, but closes the whole cycle. He is about Václav Havel, who was such a nightclub - he liked to work at night and often in the garden at Hrádeček. And it is such a turning point, so it pulls out the leaf described on the old underwood, closes the laptop. And because he has always been very proper, he has neatly aligned papers under his feet. ”
