Profile

Erik Šille

Maľba for a year

Erik Šille (nar. 1978) absolvoval v l. 2000 - 2006 Vysokou školy výtvarných umění v Bratislavě (Katedra malby - ateliér prof. Ivana Csudaie).

Cena Nadace Tatra banky, Malba - Cena nadace VÚB), zastoupen v soukromých i veřejných sbírkách.

About the work

Erik Šille for 100pcs

"I focus primarily on hard edge painting, ie painting sharp edges. I try to map and reflect contemporary society, its defects, whether social, cultural, or any other. And I show them in loud toxic colors.

The Všetci image against Všetky originated from the song of the German band DAF, Alle Gegen Alle. It is an allegory of emptiness, where two ships float characters who do not look at each other. It's a story about individualism and nothing. ”
