Tomáš Němec (nar. 1986), absolvoval v l. 2005-2011 AVU v Praze (malířský ateliér prof. Michaela Rittsteina). 

Malířská tvorba Tomáše Němce se dvojkolejně dělí na figuraci a krajinu. Němcův přístup ke krajině se pohybuje v rozmezí mezi popisnou fotografickou předlohou a expresivní pocitovou zkratkou. Často z přírody volí spíše jednotliviny (strom) a zákoutí (zahrada), nežli širší záběry, celky a rámce. V některých obrazech se blíží více reálné atmosféře místa, jinde upřednostňuje spontánní interpretaci přírodního motivu, kterou zakládá na souhře rychlého rukopisu, barvy a světla.

The painting dissolves into soft transitions, turning the blossoms into an almost dreamlike image – more a memory of roses than a literal depiction.

Němec’s work balances between concreteness and abstraction: we recognize flowers, leaves, and the light passing between them, yet we still have the feeling that we are looking at something fading in time. Rosesare thus not only about natural beauty, but also a reminder of the transience of the moment.

Prints in stock ship unframed within 2 business days and framed within 3 business days. Prints signed to order ship in about 2 weeks. Framed prints travel in protective packaging, unframed prints in a sturdy tube and an extra box. Shipping is calculated at checkout by country.

How edition numbering and pre-sales work
