The very first major exhibition in Prague by this Slovak artist with Hungarian roots. Kristína Mésároš (1981) is one of the most prominent Slovak figurative painters, with an affinity for the expressions of magical realism. It is precisely this tendency that places the artist’s work within the broader context of Central European painting. In her thematic focus, she touches upon the presence of the human being at the intersection of passing time.
