Open horizon

Galerie Františka Drtikola Příbram Tyršova 106, Příbram

The open horizon exhibition project follows the issue of an updated relationship of contemporary visual art to space and landscape. He works with three subsets of the conceptual unit. Two based on the presentation of contemporary painting and painting, in which more approaches to the landscape and the diversity of reflective strategies, from traditional open -air painting, through the design of the space to the landscape of memory, fictitious, imaginary and urban. The third subset consists of audiovisual installations focused on the internal movement of landscape structures, on the reflection of their processing tectonics, but also on the performative presence of "in the middle" at "specific time".

The project targets the sustainability of the relationship to the genre, which is radically transformed - to landscaping in an extended field. In the extended field both in terms of formal procedures and used means of expression, as well as in terms of internal engagement, physical, technical and technological entry into the situation of place, time and space.
