Jakub Sýkora, Petr Nikl, Ján Vasilko, Petr Hajdyla / Natural Selection

Natural selection is a process that, in evolutionary theory, signifies a preference for individuals who have the potential to move an entire population to a higher level. In this current group exhibition, we would like to introduce new artists who may, in the same way, enrich the "population" of the ARTEFIN gallery. The exhibition is complemented by new works from selected artists whom the gallery has successfully represented for a long time, as well as two artifacts from the ARTEFIN investment fund collection that have achieved significant appreciation, leading the committee to decide to offer them for sale.
