Ján's artistic work is an unmistakable example of the legendary East Slovak "drag", which is viable and successful anywhere in the world. From the beginning it has developed the original form of geometric painting, which has undergone interesting changes over the years. All of the previous phases are connected by tireless variability in the form and color and infinitely patient diligence in the implementation of works.
Ján Vasilko has had dozens of solo and group exhibitions in Slovakia and abroad, is a laureate of artistic awards (eg Oskár Čepan Prize, winner Strabag Artward International), represented in private and public collections.
