Dalibor David (b. Work: on Procházka, 2014, oil on canvas 145 × 110cm
The author is one of the distinctive colorists of contemporary Czech paintings. As a graduate of the painting studio Jiří Sopek, he has a sense of solving the image atmosphere through color relationships. His frequent themes are objects and figures, which, although set in everyday situations, are also liberated from them by a certain degree of color exalting. The picture on the walk refers to practical dress (raincoat in the rain), which also creates social mimicry.
